Americos Catasoft 2000 Flakes
Americos Catasoft 2000 Flake is an excellent cationic softener, cold water rapid soluble for cotton, terry cotton knitted blend fabrics, and for resin processing industry. It has a very good hand feeling and antistatic properties. Because of its low-yellowing specific characteristic, it is very suitable for blue and white jeans laundry or stone-washing processing.

Application:

• Adjustment of solution to 10% active contents
• Put 10kg Americos Catasoft 2000 Flakes into water at more than 25°C about 30 - 60 min and mix until it's completely dissolved.
• After completely dissolved, please filter it before packed.
• Using quantity suggestion: based on 10% solution 1.5% (owf)

Americos Neutrasoft NCM ( Concentrated cationic softener )
Americos Neutrasoft NCM is a cationic softener which is not diluted from the flakes or cake but formulated to achieve limpy and elastomeric finish. It can be used for cotton, polyester/cotton fabrics. It has a very good hand feeling and anti-static properties. Because of its low-yellowing specific character, it is very suitable for garment processing of blue and white jeans.

1) Exhaust application :

Impregnate fabric at 70-80% pick-up, dry at 120° - 140°C for 2-3 min.

Introduction
Americos Soft 1000 AC conc. is a weakly cationic softening agent with anti-static effect. It is recommended for synthetic like Polyester, Acrylic, Acetate, Nylon and its blends. It is excellent for laundry washing fastness.

• It is pumpable, pourable, low viscosity softener in emulsion form
• Can be applied in both exhaust and padding processes

Americos Catasoft 1550 NY is a cold water soluble cationic softener and hence, it is excellently suitable for cotton, t/c knitted blend fabrics. It is also suitable for resin processing industry. Americos Elastomer 8080 C is an innovative finishing agent, which is composed of multifunctional polyurethane. It enhances elasticity and gives also used to achieve wrinkle free finish on knits / cotton, polyester, viscose, spandex, etc and their blends.

Characteristics:
The reactivity of Americos Elastomer 8080 C is reduced by hydrophilic blocking groups in order to ensure adequate storage stability. During the application blocking group is split off by temperature and due to the presence of special catalyst, the reactive isocynate group released makes film on the surface of the fibers and yarn which is not easily visible. Americos Elastomer 8080 C provides elastic and rubbery feel on the fabric.

• It gives wash durable finish which is almost wrinkle recovery / permanent finish.
• It imparts water absorbency
• It prevents wrinkle formation on fabric.
• It gives excellent elasticity and rubbery hand to various kinds of textile and their blends

Precaution:
Before using with other finishing agents jointly in finishing process, Americos Elastomer 8080 C is required to pretest compatibility with them sufficiently. It is proper that pH of temperature bath is 5 – 6.
