AMERICOS PU 1000 is a diluted product of 20% Conc. its properties are as below.


Normally, standard product is 20%, But 15% product may be able to use but you should test at your side before large trial.

Dilution Method from Americos PU-400 to AMERICOS PU 1000 :

Characteristics of Americos PU 1000 (20%):

• Most Suitable for Synthetic Fabrics like Polyester, Nylon and their blends.
• Imparts Soft & Smooth handling for Polyester, Nylon and Polyester/Cotton & Polyester/Viscose fabrics. Improves Drape / fall of fabric
• Non-Yellowing by heat, light & NO´ gases.
• Light & Rubbing Fastness does not decrease.
• Low Foaming.
• Can be used easily with Amino Silicone Emulsion and thus can reduce cost.
• Imparts Excellent Resilience to fabrics.

Examples:
1. Soft & water absorbency finishing for Polyester and Nylon Woven & Knitted fabrics. It also improves drape.


2. Provides water absorbency finishing for Amino Silicone Softener Mix formulation as under

Incase of 10 ~ 12 % Silicone Contents, total solid contents become 15 %.

• Store in cool place.
• Avoid storing in direct sunlight.
• The shelf-life of Americos PU 400 is two year or more if storage temperature is below 40°C.
• The usual precaution in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed.
